Our Simple E-Newsletter Creation/Publication Process

Initial Strategy Meeting
A face-to-face conversation between us will clarify your business, your goals, your values and your ideal client. Before a single word is written we will spend time capturing your tone, your voice, and your stories. Together we will draft the outline of your first e-newsletter and create the foundation of our partnership and publication.

Enhancement Conversation
Personal or phone strategy conversations will be scheduled regularly to deepen our connection and discuss upcoming e-newsletter topics you want to focus on. We will clarify your goals and changes will be detailed together as the next issue of your e-newsletter is drafted.

Creation & Revision
Cavalier Copywriting will create the content (and design, if you wish) of an e-newsletter that reflects your unique personality, goals, and client value. You will receive a well-written and edited draft copy for your review. You may suggest changes and enhancements to improve the end result, and I will revise it accordingly.
5.
Revision
Cavalier Copywriting will edit and revise your e-newsletter to your satisfaction. Enhancements of its content and design will bring it closer to its full potential as new topics, offers and promotions are included and your goals are reached.

First Publication
Once you are completely satisfied, I will email your polished copy to you. If desired, we will submit it directly into your email platform. Or, we will completely take the reins and publish your e-newsletter to your entire email list and summarize its most important data for you, including open rates, click rates, and new subscribers.
6.
Ongoing Publication
When you are happy with the updated publication, the next issue will be submitted to you, or sent out to your email list with an attention-grabbing subject line. If you’d like, as an extension I will manage your email list and add new subscribers in preparation for the next publication.
